First Edition/First Printing with the correct number line; A Near Fine book in a Near Fine dust jacket. SIGNED, dated, and generically inscribed by the author to the title page. An outstanding copy of this novel by the critically acclaimed Forrest, a member of the Chicago Literary Hall of Fame. This copy is in near fine condition with light rubbing to the board edges, some faint spotting to the text block, and a Random House stamp to the lower text block. Housed in a clean and bright near fine dust jacket that shows only some light shelf wear to the edges and one faint crease to the front panel, else fine. A handsome copy, hard to find in this condition, very scarce signed. Not price clipped, not ex-library; in a protective Mylar cover and will ship in a sturdy box.
