James Nisbet & Co, London. 1873. First edition.. Hardback.. Black and White illustrations. Leather spine and corners. G only: Lacks one plate (should be facing p. 96). Seems to have been poorly repaired at one time, with cloth tape along inner hinge of title page; the result is a bunching of pages, which other than the one plate are all present.
