Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound, internally clean hardcover copy, with bruising at tips including light fraying at front bottom, neat and tidy paste-downs; not ex-library, with neither highlighting nor underlining. Slight wrinkling of title page. Light foxing to edges, and apparent water stain and minor wrinkling to bottom edges. Small closed tear, taped, at near bottom tip of page 1,343. Includes four black-and-white photographs depicting two aerial shots of the U.S. Capitol, and the interior of Senate chambers and the House of Representatives. Heavy, over-sized volume with burgundy covers, gilt seal stamped on front and gilt lettering on spine. 1,863 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
