Santa Barbara: The Black Sparrow Press, 1978. First printing. Hardcover. Very Good/very good. First edition, although not called for, signed on the colophon. Of 500 copies in hardback, this is one of the 300 copies not issued with signatures, but the book was purchased from a brother and sister who had long known Bowles and Mrabet in Morocco and got Mrabet to sign this in person on one of their visits there. Very good with light yellowing to top edge and tiny brown spot at bottom left of rear board, covered in mylar but we believe it's been supplied.
