David and Charles Reprints, (1969).. (1969).. Very good. - 12mo [6-3/4 inches high by 4-1/8 inches wide], cloth, in a price-clipped dust wrapper. The dust jacket is slightly soiled with the top & bottom edges lightly chipped. The head & tail of the jacket's spine have been repaired with scotch tape internally. Title & facsimile consisting of [ii] & 128 pages plus 36-page index. Very good. <p>The catalog was first published by Edward Baker in 1893. The index first appeared in the 1895 supplement to the catalog.
