Another issue from the Allan Coult interregnum, before the return of Max Scherr as owner. Cover features headline of "Old Gory" with large drawing of Nixon flying the flag from a giant erect phallus. Inside: nudity, an essay on the state of the nation, a report on a People's Conference held in Provo Park, a lofty centerspread spiel by the editor on "Yoga and Orgasm", a long first-person account of the travails of a drafted soldier who became anti-war, went AWOL, and was court-martialed. Also a smattering of the usual news and sex ads.
