Stapled paperback pamphlet, 16 pages, plus the foldout halograph facsimile reproduction of the handwritten will; very gently used, green cover, slightly larger than the text block, accordingly bumped and creased along edges, two very tiny tears to front top, light crease to top corner of all pages, beautiful little bookplate of previous owner inside front cover and his tiny ink numeral "110" inside back cover, otherwise very clean and unmarked.
