New York: Agora Publishing, 1945. Third printing. 8vo; blue buckram titled in gilt to front board, 108 pp, photographs, dust jacket. One of the more substantive works from the Irish-born ex-priest, Leo H. Lehmann, in which he links the Catholic Church with fascism, national socialism, Rexism, the Protocols of Zion, and other totalitarian movements. Photographs show the Catholic hierarchy glad-handing dictators, such as Hitler & Pétain, and both giving the fascist salute and participating in street warfare in Spain. An uncommon title generally, more so in cloth and with the dust jacket. Blue cloth somewhat faded along board edges with some light foxing to endpapers and prelims; somewhat imperceptible dampstaining evident along the first few page edges and at lower hinge. The scarce, unclipped dust jacket is browning along the edges with some edgewear and light chipping. A VG copy overall.
