This copy is VG. Exteriot has moderate soiling , primarily to edges and spine. Front gilt somewhat faded, spine gilt moreso. Modest rubbing to spine edges, modest wear to top tips, three small dents on board edges. Inside has a small , PO bookplate on inside/top of front board. Otherwise is unmarked, clear, and firmly bound. Scattered minimal foxing throughout. Double sided frontispiece portrait and more than two dozen plates. 416 pp..
