VI, 7-224 pages, last page blank, foreword by Sir Arthur Lee, KBE, MC, National President, Returned Services League of Australia, introduction by author and acknowledgements. Map Illustrated endpapers, showing North West Pacific region. The text is illustrated with both colour and black-and-white photographs taken by Bruce Adams, throughout the text. Green coloured cloth covered boards with red titles to the backstrip. A little rubbing to the book corners. Light age toning of the internal text. Colour photographic dustwrapper with black and red titles to the front panel and white and black titles to the backstrip. Rubbing and creasing to the dustwrapper edges and rubbing to the dustwrapper panels. Black-and-white photograph of author and photographer to the rear fold over panel. Clipping of the dustwrapper, front fold over, lower right-hand corner. A photographic journey, 25 years after the cessation of World War II, to the battlefields of the South Pacific and the remnants that were still visible of the conflict. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall.
