Macmillan and Co., Limited, London, No date. Reprint. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Good Condition/No Slipcase. Illustrator: Illustrated. The text is illustrated with black and white drawings, illustrator not credited. Red coloured cloth covered boards with gilt coloured embossed titles to the front panel and back strip. There is a cream coloured cameo, of Johann Gutenberg, to the front panel. Poetry with a military theme, particularly of the English Raj period of time  late in Queen Victoria's reign. Softening and rubbing of the back strip edges with rubbing of the other book edges. Darkening to the book edges and the gilding of the back strip has faded to non-readability. Stains to the rear panel with uniform light tanning of the text block edges and pages. A little foxing of the end pages. Previous owners' name to the top right-hand corner to the page following the half title page and to the lower right-hand corner of the rear paste-down. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
