Exeter, NH: J. C. Gerrish, 1832. Leather. Good +. 32mo - over 4" - 5" tall. Vol. I only, green, gilt-stamped leather, 207 pp; rubbing to board extremities, few pinholes in leather in area of spine, hinges show some splitting, but still quite tight, general foxing throughout, especially the endpapers, previous owner's name on ffep, a child's ink scribbles on front endpapers (inc. rear of ffep); still, a very presentable copy of an early US edition of this popular gothic romance.
