Each fold out has text plus illustrations - includes History, Building diagrams, Art and Architecture, and a Lithograph of Baltimore City Hall 1877 . There are 8 total pages - divided into two separate folded documents that are 8.5x11 on each page (i. E. The cover page, page 2, page 3, page 4 are all 8.5 x 11) Part I -- Pages 2, 3, and 4 are History -however, it is a bit misleading to say there are only 4 pages for each document as the inside opens up and has texts plus illustrations. The inside of the first document depicts The Rotunda, Mayor's Ceremonial Room, The City Council Chambers, The Courtyards, The Board of Estimates Room - with photos and description. The right side is a Legend with the Longtudinal and Cross Sections. Part II- Art and Architecture. Text plus portrait of James Calhoun, 1797. Doorknobs and Hardware; Fireplaces; Rosetts; Pilaster; Scagliola; Lighting Fixtures are on pages 6 and 7. Page 8 - stained glass, elevator plaques, shutters and paneling - Text plus drawings on all of the above. Inner flap - a 24x17 (approx) full sized Lithograph of Baltimore City Hall 1877 by A Hoen & Co Baltimore. Creasing, edge tears, no writing, outer wraps have some soiling .
