Approximately 9 x 12 inches, oblong; [80] pp. Chipped at head and foot of spine, with loss of about 2 inches of paper at the foot, and old tape repairs visible; general shelfwear, binding tender. Gift inscriptions on inside and title page, otherwise clean. Text in Dutch. Black and white plates show a many aspects of Balinese religious ceremonies, including costume, temples and other sacred architecture, ceremonial objects, and ceremonies and rituals being performed.
