Sullivan concerning claims for reimbursement for quarters, fuel, tents, etc., in part: "Your letter of the 11th inst. in reference to your claim for commutation of quarters, fuel officers and lights at Memphis, Tennessee, from December 20, 1862 to May 26th, 1863, has been received..." Horizontal folds; near fine condition.<br/><br/> Union brigadier general.<br/><br/>
