Nathaniel White of Lancaster in the County of Grafton & State of New Hampshire .... recovered Judgment against Jonathan Hopkinson of Lunenburg ... for the sum of three dollars & fourteen cents Damages, and one Dollar and eighteen cents Costs of Suit .... [to be levied against Jonathan, or] take the Body of the said Jonathan and him commit to the Keeper of the Gaol in Danville ... until he pay the full Sums ...." [signed] Daniel Dana, Justice Peace.
