NY: G.P. Putnam's Sons. VG+. 1910. 1st American Edition. Hardcover. First American Edition with 1910 on the title page and on the copyrigh t page. Bound in blind stamped red cloth with gold lettering. 12mo (7 3/4" X 5") size. 367 pages plus eight pages of ads at the rear. Issued earlier the same year in the UK as "Anthony Wilding" and then reissue d in the U.S. by Houghton-Mifflin as "Mistress Wilding". A VG+ copy. The cloth covers are clean, bright and tight. Small rubs to the corner s and spine tips. Former owner's name is neatly inked on the front fly else Contents are clean, bright and unmarked. A very nice copy of an elusive book. No dust jacket. .
