Book Interior FINE / Covers Very Good. Book interior looks and feels as never read, covers have a lot of shelf wear. Covers are black, lettering white, colour pictorial of helmet, shells, etc. front and back, same one. Spine is straight, solid, has a vertical crease at the photo plate section and a very slight curve at same spot, has some light edge wear on sides, has some minor chipping at top, minor edge wear at bottom. Covers are flat, clean, bright, no rips, front upper corner has several crease marks, lower back corner has slight tip, front cover has a vertical crease beside spine but not on spine and has a few small creases and bits of surface colour missing and some shelf wear marks. Back cover has a minor short crease mark and many places where dots of surface colour are off, as well as a piece 1/8 x 1 1/2 inches with surface paper off, has some minor shelf wear marks, book has some edge wear. Page edges are three yellow very slightly sunned near spine on bottom ends, side ends have a shadow of 3/4 inch rub mark. Inside of book is tight, clean, clear, bright, flat. Small bit of age darkening inside covers at binding and on edges of some pages. Black/white photo plates. Tables. Glossary. Prologue. Epilogue. Acknowledgements. Appendices. Chapter Notes. Bibliography. Index. A huge volume and requires extra postage. Copyright 1964 First Edition, then 1965 and 1968.

My books are from a large private collection, very well taken care of and rarely handled. All descriptions and photos are of the actual books I'm selling. I'm happy to answer any questions regarding my books, just ask. IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.

This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
