A perfectly serviceable reference copy; nothing fancy, but complete and still fairly sturdy, being a quite scarce item in the trade. Call letter to spine bottom, punched ex-library stamp at title page, else clean and unmarked. Present but detaching front board, exposed to strings but still holding. Half-leather bound with marbled paper over boards. Age-toning to text, especially to tips some slight waviness thereto, foxing throughout, extra-toned at endpapers, but yet still clean and unmarked. An indispensable item for U.S. historians and of congressional matters. Three-column text. viii + 1232 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
