The first plays to be published by Ray Bradbury. This collection includes: The Great Collision of Monday Last, The First Night of Lent, A Clear View of An Irish Mist, and The Anthem Sprinters. With an afterword, The Queen's Own Evaders, by the author. These are Bradbury's ''Irish'' plays, inspired by and written during the nine months he spent in Ireland while writing the screenplay for Moby Dick. The world premier of these four one-act plays was staged at the Cirque Playhouse in Seattle on March 30, 1966. The Queen's Own Evaders, An Afterword.
