Numbered (#46 of 750) and signed by author. Only flaw is a very, very faint spot on front board. Slipcase has worn spots on backside and bottom of front. Illustrated. A beautiful book.

Houghton Mifflin, 1939. Hard cover. Fair/No jacket. In broken slipcase. Signed and limited 729/795. Inscribed on front end paper. Bookplate and signature of former owner on inside front cover. Slipcase is soiled/blemished and has light wear around edges/openings. Labels of slipcase have some deterioration around edges. Book cover is lightly soiled. The book has a water stain that penetrates most pages at the spine and bleeds out towards the edge to varying degrees. Text is unaffected. As is.
