London: Seeley Serice & Co Ltd , 1942. 1st Edition. Blue Green Cloth. Very Good/Good Minus. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Hamand, Margot . 511pp. Illustrated with numerous woodcuts by Margot Hamand. Dust wrapper not price clipped. Light sunning to the wrapper, mainly affecting the spine. Some light soiling to the wrapper. There are several significant tears to the wrapper from the top edge of the wrapper of no more than 6 cm in length. Slight area of loss of a few mm to the wrapper from the head of the spine. Green cloth spine with blue cloth covered boards. One corner lightly bumped. Slightest of soiling to one corner of the board, under the wrapper. Name inscription to the front end paper. The pages are fresh, clean and tight. A very good copy.
