Grenfell was instrumental in securing medical and other services for the residents of Newfoundland and Labrador and this issue of the magazine contains articles about hospital boats, a memorial to New England chapter president William DeWitt Hyde, articles about various chapters and missions, and letters from World War I soldiers. Many photos of residents, landscapes and Grenfell and his workers in Newfoundland and Labrador. Pictorial stapled wraps. Four page leaflet about Grenfell's hospital steamship, the Strathcona, laid in, along with a photograph print of nurses and doctors attending to tubercular patients on a snowy outside deck. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 48 pages .
