More pronounced tanning and foxing to free end papers and pastedowns. Front hinge is substantially cracked causing board to be loose. Boards have heavy edge-wear with substantial bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over.Some tanning to spine and edges.

More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Moderate cracking to gutters and hinges, exposing netting and causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Pencil inscription to second front free endpaper. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with noticeable staining, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft splitting and crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.
