Thanjavur, India: Sarvodaya Prachuralaya, 1966. Paperback. ix, 135p., first edition 7x5 inch cardstock wraps (blank) in printed titled dj, front card-cover has a pronounced vertical crease, jacket does not but is somewhat rubbed and edgeworn. A good copy. Laid in find two small letterhead sheets with handwritten notes by a San Leandro businessman: "I met Daniel Hoffman and knew him for some time before he moved from the Bay Area. He cured himself of cancer" &c &c.
