Every page has either Color or Black & White photographs or both. Book is clean and pages are tight, but will fall open to places where color photographs (heavier ink density) has put more pressure. No pages are loose, however, so I rate this book -- with that exception, as NEAR FINE / NEAR FINE Glossy pictorial wraps. Price is discounted because of this one aspect. When every movie theater tried to look like Hearst Castle (or perhaps HEart tried to make his castle look like one of the great movie theaters. A delightful look at American history, when movies were worshipful and magical things to be viewed only in the most overdone baroque and rococo venues. B4
