About This Item

New York: Simon and Schuster, 1990. First Printing. Hardcover. Very good/good. 748 pages. Illus., index, small tear at DJ spine. Presentation copy, inscribed & signed by the author in the book, on dedication page. The inscription reads: "To Hyman--my deep gratitude for your many years ofloyal support. Ron" The writing seems a bit shaky and hesitant, and therefore may be somewhat suspect. It is priced accordingly.

Synopsis

An American Life is the 1990 autobiography authored by former American President Ronald Reagan. Released almost two years after President Reagan left office, the book reached number eight on The New York Times' bestsellers list.
