Paperback. 144p., 5.75x8.5 inches, newsprint set in smallpoint double columns, very good first edition paper booklet of 9 gatherings side stapled (exposed signature folds), staples still gleam but paperstock is very toned and beginning to be fragile. Slightest edgewear, a line of light dust-soil, a very good copy. Note that "Proposed changes in provisions are printed in black-faced type [while] provisions proposed to be repealed are printed in italics" --from cover text. Proposed amendments include Veterans' Validating Act; Prohibition Enforcement Act; Exempting Veterans from Taxation; Chiropractic Initiative Act; Osteopathic Act; Prohibiting Vivisection.
