Canada: National Museum of Canada, 1938., 1938.. Good. - Octavo, softcover bound in cream-colored printed wraps. There are a few marks & small light stains to the wraps. The top 1-1/2 inches & the bottom 1/2 inch of each wrap is detached. 8 pages. Black-and-white illustrations, including a map showing the territories of the tribes. Good.

The Algonkians are original natives of southern Quebec and eastern Ontario in Canada. Most Algonkians live in Quebec. The nine Algonkian tribes in that province and one in Ontario have a combined population of about 11,000.
