Cloth covers show scattered rubbing and darkening along edges and there are two, one inch, closed tears in cloth over front joint. Hinges (internal) are a little loose, though text block remains tight and well attached to covers. There are a few light smudges on blank front end page. Contents are otherwise very clean and intact.
