A detailed examination of the Office of Drug Abuse Law Enforcement, established in 1972 by President Richard Nixon, who sought to employ it to gain political points in a much-politicized war on heroin. Book is in Very Good Condition: slightly shaken; a few ink notations; otherwise, clean and solid. Dust jacket is in Good+ Condition: spine is somewhat faded; edges rubbed; ends of spine chipped; several tears of 2 cm. or less.
