Oversized hardcover with unclipped dust jacket, 336 pages "With 90 black and white illustrations; 10 maps, and 16 pages of full-colot illustrations"; elegant book in light gray cloth with bright and clear gilt lettering to spine, very gently used, some gentle bumps but not a trace of shelf wear, ink numeral "136" neatly written at bottom of last blank page, otherwise very clean and unmarked , pages fresh and white; DJ rubbed along edges, several tiny chips, two short tears.. [this copy priced low, priced to go as bookseller is nearing retirement, but extra S & H may be requested] . . Hard Cover. Very Good ++/Good.
