New York: Simon and Schuster, 1965. Book. Near Fine. Quarter Cloth and Hard Cover. 1st Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Gold hard cover with tan cloth quarter wrap. Black/gray lettering to the spine. Top page edges stained gray. First Printing, so stated. This copy is NEAR FINE in a VG, unclipped ( $7.95) designed by Alfred Zalon. Exterior is rich and clean. Lettering is bright. Edges, tips, and spine ends with only hints of wear ( a couple of small bumps to edges). Inside is unmarked, crisp, and tight. Modest toning and minimal smudging at bottom corner page edges. DJ is bright and clean with modest toning to back edges. Back cover is somewhat crinkled at the edges. "A Note to the Reader" postcard laid in from the publisher..
