"Him and another Man" is listed at page 88 instead of 87, on page 57, the eleventh line from the bottom reads "with the was" page 155 with the missing 5, the portrait frontispiece has "heliotype" imprint and the cloth table is present underneath the bust, the title page has the 1885 date with 1884 printed on the copyright page, p.9 the heading for Chapter 6 reads "Decided" later corrected to "Decides" p.143 "I" in "Col." and missing the "b" in "body" on line 7. The book is bound in the ORIGINAL green cloth from the publisher. The binding is tight, with NO cocking or leaning, with minor wear to the edges. The pages are clean, with light discoloration. There is NO writing, marks or bookplates in the book. Overall, a beautiful copy of this TRUE FIRST EDITION with a custom clamshell slipcase for preservation.. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Fine.
