London: Grayson & Grayson, 1955. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. First edition first printing 1955. Book is tight clean and square. Boards sharp and clean, gilt perfect. Feels very lightly read. Light toning to text block edges. Pages clean, unspotted crisp. Near fine condition. Jacket is nice with bold colours to spine and panels, some rubbing to edges and joints, there is a 5mm tear to head of spine with rubbing. The rear panel, has light grubby marks and thumbnail sized loss to the bottom edge. Jacket grades also near fine. This book is fitted with a non adhesive archival quality book protector to make a quality addition to your collection. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A great example of this uncommon omnibus title in very nice collectible condition, and priced accordingly, one for the British 50's hardback SF collector.
