This pamphlet was produced to honor the presentation of a sword from Sellers' former shipmates on the U.S.S. Wisconsin. He served as Commander, Battleships Battle Force, United States Fleet until June 18, 1934, and then was reassigned as Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Academy, where he stayed until his retirement in 1938.
