Stationery has the Governor of Illinois letterhead - dated July 18, 1952. . He states that is is "only running for re-election for governor". Apparently he was soon to change his mind -- running for President later in the year. . Typed Letter Signed. Early Reprint. Hard Cover. Very Good +/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
