Germantown, Pa.: Printed by Zachariah Poulson, Junior, 1799. . Self-wrappers, paper age-browned; paper flaw on pp. 21/22 resulting in the loss of several words at the foot of p. 22 Evans 35081. This campaign seems to have been a particularly abusive one, Ross's opponent was Thomas McKean (signer of the Declaration and Pennsylvania Chief Justice) who won this election
