Black cloth with gilt lettering on the spine and the front board with blind stamped border rules on the front. The acts and decrees of the second episcopal council held in Toronto in December of 1938 under the leadership of Archbishop McGuigan. Thirteen page analytic index at the back. Minor shelf wear to the externals and the gilt lettering is a tad faded. The fore edge margins of the text block pahes show minor crimping from exposure to moisture. Otherwise very clean with a sound binding. A clear and removable archival cover has been fitted. .
