New York, NY: Random House, 1959. Book. Very Good. Cloth. 1st Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. First Printing, so stated. Cream, textured cloth with red/black title panel and gilt lettering to the spine. This copy is VG in a VG, unclipped ( $5.00) DJ designed by Sam Marsh and dated "9/59" ( First State with Author portrait on back cover by Steve Douglas). Exterior is modestly sunned to the spine, but edges, tips, and spine ends have only a hint of wear. Inside is unmarked ( save for a stamp on the FEP " File Copy Editorial Department" ) . That same stamp is on the front of the DJ. Red EPs. Top page edges dyed gray. Firmly bound with minimal toning to text block. DJ is moderately chipped across front top and spine top--very little wear elsewhere- and modestly sunned to the spine. Back cover portrait is especially nice. .
