Rome: International Executive Committee of the Fourth International, 1960. Magazine. One issue, 7.5x10 inches, 76pp., 4 half inch cuts on spine of the magazine (may been string bound and then removed), some toned pages, else in readable condition. The magazine represented the "International Secretariat" wing of the Fourth International that included Ernest Mandel, Livio Maitan and Pierre Frank. In this issue: J. Posadas on the Cuban Revolution, Ernest Mandel on the "History of the CP of the URSS", Editorials on "Moscow and Peking", "Algeria", "Japan", "Italy", "Congo Crisis", "British Labor Movement" and a lot more.
