New York: Eastern Railroads. Very Good with No dust jacket as issued. 1940. Single Issue magazine. This 10 by 13 inch , 8 page Souvenir Program is in very good collectible condition with light dust soiling and edge wear as shown. See Photos; This vintage souvenir program for Railroads on Parade a Pageant Drama of Transport lists the actors, sponsoring railroads , World's Fair Committee Eastern Railroad Presidents Conference etc. The Program has photos of the play which appears to have been done on a grand scale. A nice piece of World's Fair, railroad and theater memorabilia , and vintage ephemera. "In a 3, 000-seat theater, with a cast of 250 members, Railroads on Parade reenacted the progress of rail transportation from the 1820s through 1939. The goal of Edward Hungerford was to briefly tell the story of the railroad through a series of stage presentations, with narration and incidental music. "
