1884. Original document. Very Good. One page, quarto, 15 lines in sepia ink on Pennsylvania Railroad letterhead. In part: "I believe you are President of the Princeton and Kingston Branch Turnpike Company, and an Agreement has been entered into between that Co. and the Delaware and Atlantic Telegraph and Telephone Company for the erection of Poles and Wires...." Signed, Charles E. Pugh with an R in a circle [secretarial signature?]. 10.25" x 8" Perrine (1815-1889) served as New Jersey's Quartermaster General during the Civil War.
