About This Item

Erin Ont, Press Porcepic, 1977, hardcover, 176 pp, First Edition, First Printing, Very Good in Very Good dustjacket. Straight, tight and clean with no markings, spine-end, corner, and bottom edge wear to boards. Dustjacket bright, rubs, short edge tears, one chip to bottom of rear panel, displays very well in new Brodart sleeve. This chronicle of the NDWT Company's national tour of Reaney's Donnelly trilogy, and a production of Hamlet, is written for the most part in Reaney's unique prose-poetry style and further enlivened by the inclusion of related materials. Production photographs, local theatrical reviews, props lists, attendance statistics, the occasional recipe, and frankly funny stories of a group of dedicated young actors on the road, provide a glimpse inside a rare and special moment in Canadian theatre. Bibliography appended. ISBN 9780888781505
