1749. Poor. Original 1749 engraving titled A VIEW IN NEWSTEAD PARK, BELONGING TO THE RT. HON.BLE LORD BYRON.Newstead Abbey surrounded by woodland, seen from across the River Leen where boats are sailing. In the foreground are two men talking and deer grazing. CONDITION. Poor the engraving has been repair glued to another piece of paper, the tears are mainly in this other paper, the engraving itself looks in better condition apart from a tear repair at the bottom and a pin hole at one boat. Stains and foxing to edges.
