New York: E.P. Dutton & Company, 1923. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. Near Fine in a Very Good jacket, clipped, generally rubbed, small chips to the top corners, a scar and small piece of loss at the lower-third of the back panel. Grey buckram with gilt lettering on the spine and front board. Square and firmly bound, clean internally. A remarkably clean copy in a scarce jacket of the fifth novel in the Lone Wolf series, which was adapted into the 1926 silent film starring Bert Lytell and again in 1935 starring Melvyn Douglas.
