Haynes, 2005. 5" break in rear cover from bottom edge along cover edge next to spine, covering has surface creases about 5" from lower rear corner tip and also about 1" from lower front cover tip, head and heel of spine curve back a little, thin pen line on bottom outside page edges right by binding.
