Includes 264 duotone images of various industrial settings with the focus of this monograph on the fronts of factory buildings. A tight close to near fine copy in cloth boards with some bumping to the top rear corner that also impacts the top corner of the text block and in a near fine dust jacket with the same bumping to the top rear coner and some other minor wear. The Becher's are the subject of a major retrospective exhibition that is currently on view at San Francisco Museum of Modern Art after a well reviewed run at The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
