With Justice for All: Minorities and Women in Criminal Justice Paperback - 2002

by Janice Joseph; Dorothy L. Taylor

From the publisher

Long neglected in the study of criminal justice, this look at women and minorities explores the concepts of equality among the races and gender, and what it truly means to have justice for all. A wide range of topics examines all the issues impacting women and minorities and presents readers with a solid basis from which they can explore themselves and the society in which they live. The non-traditional literature espouses a commitment to eliminate all discrimination and demonstrates that women and minorities both deserve their dignity and their right to be treated as anyone else--and by any aspect of government, including that of the criminal justice system. For women, minorities, and all people who believe that everyone is entitled to the same consideration as everyone else.
