Using a Purchase Order to buy books on Biblio.com
Biblio.com accepts purchase orders from libraries, schools and other institutions in the United States.
Steps for placing an order with a PO on Biblio.com
- Create a Biblio.com account: If you don't already have an account, create one here: create account.
- Get PO approval: Click here to request approval to use purchase orders on Biblio.com.
- Pick out your books: Select the books you want to buy and add them to your cart.
- Checkout: Click on the "Proceed to checkout" button and choose 'Purchase Order' for the payment type.
- Fax us your order: Fax a copy of the PO from your institution to us at 440-925-0992.
- We must receive a copy of your Purchase Order within 24 hours of the order to ensure availability of your titles.
- Once we receive your PO your order will be processed.
- Your PO must show the PO number, billing address, shipping address and contact info for the accounts payable department of your institution.
- Please also make sure to include the email address of your Biblio.com account and a phone number where we can reach you.
- Place your order: Once we receive your PO, we will review your PO within 1 business day. Once it is approved, we will issue a 'Bibliobucks' credit to your account and we'll contact you to let you know that the order can be placed. Then you can place the order using the Bibliobucks credit as payment.
- Receive your invoice: Approximately 15 days after the order is placed (depending on the estimated ship time) we will send out an invoice via email or fax. Terms are net 30.
